Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?

Yes. Lunex uses SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us at support@lunexco.store or (201) 669-8026 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 6–11 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future — follow us on Instagram @LunexStoreCo for updates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). You can also visit our Track Order page for step-by-step instructions.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@lunexco.store. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Any free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

What area can a diffuser cover?

Coverage varies by model. Most of our ultrasonic diffusers are designed for rooms between 200–500 sq ft. Check the individual product page for specific coverage details.

How many drops of essential oil should I use in a diffuser?

A general guideline is 3–5 drops per 100ml of water. You can adjust based on your scent preference and room size. Always refer to the product instructions for your specific diffuser model.

Are your essential oils pure and safe to use?

Yes. Our essential oils are sourced for purity and quality. They are intended for aromatherapy and diffuser use. Unless a product is explicitly labeled as safe for skin contact, we recommend avoiding direct skin application without dilution in a carrier oil.

Can I use any essential oil in my Lunex diffuser?

Yes, our diffusers are compatible with any standard essential oil. We recommend using pure, undiluted essential oils for the best experience and to avoid residue buildup.

How do I clean my diffuser?

After each use, empty any remaining water and wipe the inside with a soft, damp cloth. For a deeper clean, add a few drops of white vinegar to the water tank, run the diffuser for 5 minutes, then empty and wipe dry. Regular cleaning extends the life of your diffuser.

Are product colors accurate to what I'll receive?

We do our best to display accurate product images, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. If you have questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain items such as opened essential oils may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@lunexco.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your purchase history.
